Drooling for the submarine sandwich !! This place knows how to do it right - the bread options are white or wheat - I went wheat - you can get it super long and strong or halved - apparently they say you can keep this sub fresh for a while. I couldn't resist grubbing down every single last shred of lettuce.

I went with Salami + Pepperoni + veggies ! Added the hot hot peppers - so dank. also had to have the special salt and olive oil/vinegar mix.

Every bite was the perfect bite - the staff couldn't have been kinder - truly enjoyable experience.

Literally just flew in from Houston and was starving. Of course I get to Lansing and desperately crave Jersey Giant. A Half Jersey Giant, fully loaded with hot pepper relish. I have to have it every time I touch down. This was my first time at this location and if only you could've seen the look of DISAPPOINTMENT on my face when I discovered that this location doesn't carry hot pepper relish..... at the end of my order!
I mean sandwich made and I request the relish like it's the icing on the cake only to be let down.

The sandwich itself doesn't even taste the same. Hopefully I have time to story at the West Saginaw location before I fly back to Houston.

FUHGEDDABOUDIT! Visited 8/24/2019. Not a memorable sub sandwich. Very poor quality flavorless meats. Bread was squishy and lacked a decent crust. Overall, the sub tasted like an elementary school cafeteria sandwich. The meat selections have the right names but the quality is what I would expect to find at an Aldi store. I feel as if the owners had a great sub when visiting Jersey that inspired their business. They wrote down the names of the meats and then discovered Mastro and Citterio imported deli brands would only yield 400% markup. They then discovered the same meats in a super low quality that would yield a 1000% markup. The result Jersey Giant Sub.  I would also mention there were cars parked everywhere but when we entered JGS we were the only customers on a sunny 73 degree Saturday lunch hour 12:30 P.M.  Nobody else entered the business during our meal.  I guess the locals already know what to expect from JGS.

Jersey Giant is my favorite sub in the world but this location changed their spicy giardiniera to sweet giardiniera which ruins the whole experience for me.

Prices are reasonable and the subs are huge (hence the name 'giant'), but you get what you pay for. Poor quality bread, poor quality meat, limited topping options. Not my favorite sub shop.
